Ted Williams First Admission in Rehab: I Relapsed

After a whirlwind few weeks, Ted Williams has made it to rehab but admitted to Dr. Phil that he did have a bout with drugs and alcohol just days before he went to get help.
Ted made a short trip to Ohio to see his family before heading to Origins Recovery Center in South Padre Island, Texas, the facility that was recommended to him by Dr. Phil.
The talk show host spoke with the man with the golden voice over the phone and point blank asked him if he got drunk before entering rehab, of which Ted responded, "I wasn't staggering around in the hallways or anything or behaving badly. I was a little tipsy, a celebratory tipsy. I know that doesn't make sense but you're probably waiting for me to say, 'Yes, Dr. Phil, I got drunk.'" He adds, "I was very composed."
As for whether he did drugs, Ted reacted hesitantly, "Yes sir. I did a little bit of pot." When Dr. Phil inquired further as to whether he did anything more than pot and alcohol, Ted admitted by simply answering, "Yes sir."
On Thursday and Friday's show, Dr. Phil is talking with Ted's girlfriend who also struggles with addiction.
