ET has a first look at the new "Toddlers and Tiaras," in which the parents try to perfect the smile, hair, eyelashes and outfits of their young beauty queens as they prepare for a Mardi Gras-themed pageant.

The girls are expected to pull out all the stops for this competition in Darien, GA and they have the fancy beads, feathers and other glitzy gear to prove it. But some of the bratty contestants show their parents and the judges alike that they have their own agendas.

Watch the video to see how one young beauty queen shows her excitement for Pixy Stix and eats one after another after another before taking the stage. One mother also reveals what drives her daughter to win -- money!

Which girl has what it takes to win this latest contest on the pageant circuit? Watch "Toddlers and Tiaras" Wednesday night at 10 on TLC to find out!
