Kim Kardashian on the Boyfriend That Helped Her Through the 'Shame' of Her Sex Tape
Newly minted CNN talk show host Piers Morgan got Kim Kardashian to open up Thursday on the emotional toll she suffered with the release of her sex tape and who was instrumental in helping her move past the "embarrassment."
"You were the victim of this modern kind of curse called the internet," said Piers, referring to the leak of a sex tape featuring the reality star with singer Ray J over three years ago. Piers politely asked Kim to shed some light on how she felt going through that crisis.
"There's this embarrassment and shame and so much that comes along with it and I think that I was so lucky to find a boyfriend at that time, in Reggie [Bush]," Kim answered. "That was something that he really helped me through."
Kim began dating NFL running back Reggie Bush in 2007. The couple split two years later.
