'Modern Family''s Phil & Claire Role Play to Sex Up Valentine's Day

In an attempt to avoid turning into a boring, old couple, Phil (Ty Burrell) and Claire (Julie Bowen decide to revisit their Clive and Juliana role-playing rendezvous from last Valentine's Day.
"Make up some lie, ditch that wife of yours and meet me at our hotel in 30 minutes," Claire -- as Julianna -- says seductively over the phone to Phil.
To which he responds as his Clive character, "Baby doll, I have been lying to my wife for 16 years."
When the two hook-up at the hotel bar, Clive pretends to be an international man of mystery, while Juliana teases, while flashing a hotel key, "I am just a bored housewife with a dark side and an hour to kill."
Also on Wednesday night's episode, Jay (Ed O'Neill) has planned an elaborate surprise evening for Gloria (Sofia Vergara), but his plans keep getting thwarted, and an admirer comes between Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) on Valentine's Day, but they can't agree whom the admiration is directed towards
The Valentine's episode of "Modern Family" airs Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
