Kaley Cuoco (Penny) was not the only blonde on the set of "The Big Bang Theory" when ET's Nancy O'Dell dropped by for a visit. The conversation didn't revolve around their beautiful golden locks though, but rather focused on Howard's (Simon Helberg) striking resemblance to Justin Bieber's famous hairdo.
"I have the same kind of girl fans everywhere sort of breaking down windows for me," the actor joked. "I don't know why he chooses this look. I'm forced by contract to do this…Hopefully Bieber will take note that it doesn't look cool. I play a nerd."
Mastering his on-screen persona takes time. Kaley, who claimed to be the first cast member ready for each scene, spilled, "Simon straightens that hair out with an iron. That takes a while." Johnny Galecki (Leonard) called Kaley's speedy assertion "a blatant boldface lie."
Already renewed for three more seasons, there are many secret storylines in the years to come. Is a wedding in the cards for the hit show? Kunal Nayyar (Raj) predicted, "If there was someone to get married on the show, it would be Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) character." Kaley had a different forecast on love. "I think actually [Howard] might get married before all of them," she said. "He's in one of the most stable relationships with Bernadette (Melissa Rauch). Sheldon might marry a robot."
Although he enjoys his relationship with Bernadette, Simon doesn't see the "on-again, off-again" couple heading to the altar anytime soon. "Marriage, I think maybe in our 15th season when we're all old and they need a second generation of nerds." Kaley thinks Penny "might be the last one to get married," but wouldn't be surprised if her character gets "knocked up" eventually.
