Kim Kardashian partied in Las Vegas for her birthday in a packed nightclub, but all the real craziness took place later on at the girls' hotel room!

In this week's episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," the usually reserved Kim cut loose, doing a keg stand with her mom Kris Jenner holding her legs.

Kim's sister Kourtney motivated her to relax a little bit in a room with close family and friends.

"I get what Kourtney's trying to do," said Kim, who turned 30 on October 21. "She's trying to teach that it's ok to loosen up and 30 is not, like, the end of the world."
