Can Kirstie Alley keep up with the intense training required for her "Dancing with the Stars" debut? Does former 'Karate Kid' star Ralph Macchio feel like he got kicked by the "crane"? Will "bunny next door" Kendra Wilkinson crush the competition with her signature "booty shake"?

"At the end of two [hours, my dance partner Maks] said I was going to pass out," says Kirstie with a laugh about an early rehearsal. "I turned white."

"She was on the floor, in a full sweat, barely breathing," jokes Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

"I'm already feeling it in the early stages; I mean my knees, lower back, the areas that generally bother me getting out of bed are amplified now," says Ralph. "Don't let the youthful appearance fool you."

"I feel like my strength is my booty shake," says Kendra, "but I can't get all caught up in my booty shake because it's the small details that actually matter in the dancing and 'Dancing with the Stars,' and that's what I have to concentrate on the most."

Joining Kirstie, Kendra and Ralph for season 12 of "Dancing with the Stars" are model Petra Nemcova, Disney star Chelsea Kane, talk-show host Wendy Williams, boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard, NFL star Hines Ward, radio personality Mike Catherwood, WWE's Chris Jericho and singer Romeo.

"Dancing with the Stars" premieres Monday, March 21 on ABC.
