Dr. Drew Pinsky has been publicly offering up advice for Charlie Sheen and the former "Two and a Half Men" actor is biting back.

"I think me and Pinsky should jump in the ring and he can see how unstable these fists of flaming fury really are," the actor said when he called into Los Angeles radio station K-Earth 101 Live. "I'll show you how unstable I am. Bring it! Bring it little man!"

After seeing one of Sheen's Ustream broadcasts, Dr. Drew gave an interview which aired on "Today" Wednesday morning, recommending a 5150 be enforced on behalf of the embattled actor. Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code states that if someone is proven to be a danger to themselves or others, a peace officer can take that person into custody against their will for 72-hour treatment and evaluation.

Sheen was recently fired from his show on CBS and when asked if he'll return to TV, he answered, "Eh, I think my days on TV might be a little bit behind me. I'll go make some movies with some brilliant directors. ... There's tons of opportunity."
