As the new season of "Dancing with the Stars" approaches, two of the contestants are hard at work preparing for the grueling weeks to come.

One contestant, former Super Bowl champion and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver, Hines Ward is paired with veteran Kym Johnson.

On working with Hines, Kym says, "He is definitely a workaholic. He's already got his posture and he's really smart. He picks things up really quickly. That's great for me because it's so easy to teach him."

Despite having played in the Super Bowl though, Hines says, "It's a lot of pressure, but at the same time, we want to win it. They never remember second place."

Kym and Hines will dance the Cha Cha for their first performance.

Another hard-working contestant, Disney Channel star Chelsea Kane, is partnered with pro-dancer Mark Ballas.

"I was so happy when I found out I had Mark," Chelsea says. "I thought I had Maksim [Chmerkovskiy], everyone told me I had Maks. When I walked in and saw Mark, I was instantly at ease. We love to have a good time, and that's why I signed on to the show."

Following in the footsteps of her Disney co-star and former "Dancing" contestant Kyle Massey, Chelsea is hoping to repeat his success. "I think Kyle left some pretty big shoes to fill. He did so well and was so charming and loveable. I think we definitely are that way," Chelsea says.

Chelsea and Mark will perform the foxtrot as their first dance.

The new season of "Dancing With The Stars" premieres on Monday, March 21, 2011 on ABC.
