Here's the final "Dancing with the Stars" scoreboard for season 12! Chelsea Kane & Mark Ballas were neck and neck in the fierce competition with Hines Ward & Kym Johnson. The two couples received identical scores in all three rounds of the finals, but Steeler Nation pulled Hines through to the top spot. Although Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy lagged a few points behind, the actress' vast fan base helped her finish in second place, leaving Chelsea in a close third.
