Watch: 'Grey's Anatomy' Musical Event

Fans of "Grey's Anatomy" will be in for a treat this week as the show will air its first ever musical episode, seven years in the making.

"Grey's Anatomy: The Music Event" centers around Dr. Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) and the events that ensue after her tragic interaction with Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw).

The entire cast, including special guest stars Kate Walsh, Rachael Taylor, Daniel Sunjata and Scott Foley, will perform songs such as "Chasing Cars" (Snow Patrol), "How to Save a Life" (The Fray) and "The Story" (Brandi Carlile) during one of the most touching episode of "Grey’s Anatomy" ever aired.
