Regis Philbin Considered for 'Dancing with the Stars'

While surprising ET's Mary Hart with a spontaneous pop-in in New York City, Regis Philbin dished on his recent invitation to join the cast of "Dancing with the Stars."

Regis still hasn't made up his mind concerning the dancing competition, citing the long hours of practice as a possible deterrent for the 79-year-old.

"What about Mary Hart for 'Dancing with the Stars'?" Regis asked.

"If you go first," Mary quipped.
