'Teen Mom' Pleads Guilty to Battery Against Baby Daddy

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood has been sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to two felony domestic battery charges.

The plea stems from an incident that aired on the MTV reality program showing Portwood slapping, choking and kicking Gary Shirley, the father of her child, in front of their 2-year-old daughter Leah.

As part of the deal approved Thursday by a judge in Anderson, IN, prosecutors dropped a felony child neglect charge against Portwood, the Associated Press reports.

The judge also ordered the reality star to undergo 30 days of inpatient therapy, obtain her high school diploma and put $10,000 in a college fund for her daughter.
