Report: Charlie Sheen Backs Out of Lawsuit

Charlie Sheen may be feeling generous even in light of the actor reportedly being killed off of "Two and a Half Men."

The Associated Press reports that a judge has allowed Sheen to withdraw a lawsuit filed against adult film star Capri Anderson seeking reimbursement for a $165,000 watch that she allegedly stole.

Anderson is the woman who allegedly locked herself in the former "Two and a Half Men" star's Manhattan hotel bathroom last October when he reportedly trashed the room and police were called to the scene. She appeared exclusively on "Good Morning America" in November to tell her story, leading Sheen to file an extortion lawsuit against her for comments made during her interview.

According to the AP, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning that the decision could be reversed.
