Tina Fey Gives Birth To Second Daughter

August 13, 2011On Wednesday, 30 Rock star Tina Fey and her composer husband Jeffrey Richmond welcomed a new baby girl into their family.
The couple named their new daughter, Penelope Athena. Fey and Richmond already have a five-year-old daughter named Alice.
