Another One Bites the Dust on 'DWTS'

It was doomsday for another Dancing with the Stars hopeful on Tuesday night. 

Chynna Phillips and Tony Dovolani bit the dust on Dancing after Chynna's brain freeze on Monday.

"I have to take responsibility," said Chynna. "I messed up."

In revisiting last night's mishap where Chynna seemed to forget where she was in her dance, Tony Dovolani explained where his head was during their fatal performance.

"The first thing that crossed my mind was to try to take care of her, because I saw the frightened look on her face and I just wanted to calm her down," Tony said. "Blackouts have happened to all of us and the thing is, she finished the routine."

Chynna's exit wasn't the headline from the results show. According to People.com, Derek Hough dislocated his shoulder while rehearsing for a dance with his sister and Footloose star Julianne on Tuesday. The Dancing cast member was a true pro, plowing through the pain to deliver a dynamic dance with Julianne on tonight's show.
