Dean McDermott Shaken By Tori Spelling's Crash

Dean McDermott receives some troubling news via a phone call from his wife on the next Tori & Dean.

"Listen, don't panic, but the kids and I were in a small accident at school," Tori tells Dean with a shaky voice.

Dean, who happened to be sharpening a knife when he received the upsetting call, expresses his concern for his wife as well as their unborn child.

ET reported the news of the accident when it occurred this past June and obtained a photo of the crash site that Tori describes in the featured clip.

Tori & Dean airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on Oxygen.
