Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West really an item? Khloe Kardashian Odom lends her sisterly insight to the gossip making the rounds.

This Wednesday, Ellen DeGeneres welcomes Khloe to her interview chair for a chat about a bevy of hot topics surrounding the 27-year-old reality star including her husband Lamar Odom's recent drop from the Dallas Mavericks, her very first Cosmopolitan cover, and last but not least, the truth behind her sister Kim's romance with Kanye.

Kanye to Do 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'

"Honestly, we've known Kanye forever. He's been a great family friend. I love Kanye," says Khloe diplomatically when Ellen inquires, telling the talk show host that she is as much in the dark regarding her sister's personal life as the rest of the world.

"I don't know what happens with Kim," she remarks.

While she wouldn't give a definitive answer regarding the two, she would say that she approves of the pairing if the two ever decide to get together.

"I think they're cute together," she admits. "I think that they’re good friends and they're compatible. I think a friendship is where good relationships stem from…"
