'Undercover Boss' Accused of 'Going Hollywood'

Chad Hallock has worked in the window covering business since he was 19 and now heads the country's largest franchise company in the industry. But when he's sent out on the job undercover, he learns that some workers think the top boss is too caught up in his own celebrity to listen to his employees.

In this new clip from CBS' Undercover Boss, Budget Blinds CEO Hallock also shows his lack of basic installation skills, prompting a franchise representative to conclude it must have been his first time working with a drill and screws.
