Author and lecturer Deepak Chopra had an enlightening conversation with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah's Lifeclass: The Tour, airing today on OWN, revealing his definition of spirituality and its practical uses in everyday life.

"Spirituality is a journey into self-awareness," explained Deepak, who went on to illustrate the importance of that journey. "Problems come from contracted state of awareness. Solutions come from expanded state of awareness."
