Dan DiZio, CEO and co-founder of the Philly Pretzel Factory, was brought to tears on tonight's Undercover Boss.
After a franchisee went rogue, DiZio went in to assess the situation. The boss was overwhelmed with emotion at the discovery that the franchise owners were neglected when they previously went to him for a solution to their disappointing sales.

"To me it seemed like you forgot how you started," said one of the franchise owners.
"It hurts me that you would say that," said the Boss as his eyes filled up. "It was never my intention to ever be that way. I never want to be that person."
DiZio sheepishly admitted that he had no recollection of the meeting, saying, "For me not to remember they came in to ask for help ... that says I'm not doing that good of a job."
