Following Sharon Osbourne becoming a first-time grandmother on Tuesday, The Talk gave away more than one million dollars worth of gifts to expectant mothers in an episode to air on Friday.

The studio audience was made up entirely of women at least seven months pregnant, who could barely contain their excitement when the hosts were wheeled onto the stage via one huge baby carriage.

Sharon's future daughter-in-law Lisa Stelly gave birth to a baby girl named Pearl on April 24.

Following the birth, Kelly Osbourne tweeted her congrats and added that she is "one proud Auntie!"
