On the season finale of Undercover Boss, Jose Mas, CEO of telecommunication and energy systems building company Mastec, has a heart-to-heart with one of his employees that changes his outlook on the legacy that his father had created for the company.

Mas is touched when he hears the employee recount a story in which he was injured on the job and Mas' father (then boss) catered to his every need, making sure that he and his wife were properly taken care of.

"I wish they could get out and see everybody a lot more," the employee suggests to his undercover boss. "I think a lot more people would have a better outlook at some of the company."
