Matthew Perry is heading back to primetime this fall in the NBC comedy Go On, and we have a first look at the new show.

In Go On, Perry plays cocky sportscaster Ryan King who has recently lost his wife in a car accident. After taking some time off work Ryan's boss forces him to take counseling before allowing him back on the radio.

In the clip, Perry's character takes over the therapy group on his first day, turning the meeting into a contest of "who has the best sob story?"

Watch Go On Tuesdays on NBC this fall.
