There is no show on television that elicits as many tears -- through commiseration and compassion -- as NBC's Parenthood, which was recently renewed for another season to the jubilation of fans who worried the straightforward-nature of the emotional series might see it left in the dust for bolder, buzzier offerings.
Yesterday, the stars of Parenthood -- Peter Krause, Lauren Graham, Dax Shephard and Sam Jaeger -- hit the red carpet at NBC's Upfront Presentation and chatted with ETOnline about the future of their show, which can now include the return of Jason Ritter's character Mark, since the actor's potential pilot wasn't ordered to series.

Parenthood will return to Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on NBC in September.
