In the video above, Julie takes us through the luxurious HoH (Head of Household) room, the arcade room, the only shared bathroom, a few of the bedrooms, and the modern and colorful kitchen.

ET caught up with Chen after her excellent tour of the premises and found out whether her hosting job is merely work for her or if she truly enjoys the content of the show.

She revealed that she is a big fan of the show and eagerly awaits watching the episodes on television, especially after filming the live eviction shows.

"I miss things when I'm doing the show because I can't really watch what all the houseguests are doing 'cause I'm paying attention [to] doing my job," the Talk co-host said. She added that between Big Brother and The Talk, she hardly gets any sleep during the summer.

"This is a sleepless summer because I have to watch what these houseguests are doing," she said.

Chen also talked about the show's modified format, which has been complicated this year by featuring a game-within-a-game for the four returning alums. "They're coming back in the house but they have their own agenda," she said of the show's returning houseguests from previous seasons.

Although she has been hosting the show since 2000, Chen admitted that she has no luck predicting each season's winners and maintains that there is no real way to predict who will win.

"That's the beauty of this game, is [that] there is no formula for how to do it because even if you played this game before and you move in, it's a new set of rules with new people that you've never met before," she said. "I cannot pick the winner. I don't think anybody can pick the winner."
