Gordon Ramsay Wants to Save You From 'Hotel Hell'

Gordon Ramsay might not be known for his warmth, but this fall he's Mr. Hospitality as his new reality show Hotel Hell comes to FOX on Mondays.

"I like to think that Hotel Hell will give you a much better insight, as a customer, to make sure your stay is so much better," said Ramsay, who encountered what he called "unhygienic bathrooms [and] disgusting pillowcases" during shooting for the show.

Ramsay told us that hotel managers are mistaken if they feel that prime location alone will determine the foot traffic being driven into their business.

"Those customers have got the right to demand something pretty decent," said Ramsay.

Hotel Hell is expected to debut August 13 on FOX.
