'DWTS' Hosts Predict the Most Intense Season Yet

We caught up with the newly announced contestants of Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars, as well as hosts Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet, getting their take on who to look out for next season.

Judging by Tom and Brooke's responses, everyone in the cast, which includes six mirror ball trophy winners, has a fair shot at winning it all next season.

"They're all going to be competitive, because some of them have never been eliminated, so that's really interesting," said Brooke, implying that the six winners are hungry for another title. On the other hand, Brooke also argued that those who came up short would have a fire lit underneath them as well, saying, "I sort of feel like this is a second shot for a lot of them to nail those dances that didn't go so well."

"Last season was -- I think, start to finish -- the best dancing competitively," added Tom. "This is going to be even better by virtue of the fact that also you have relationships with these people, as viewers of the show and us, too."

Gilles Marini, Pamela Anderson, Kelly Monaco, Shawn Johnson, Melissa Rycroft, Joey Fatone, Helio Castroneves, Drew Lachey, Bristol Palin, Apolo Anton Ono, Kirstie Alley and Emmit Smith have all been confirmed as returning cast members. The one spot left will be decided by fan vote. Kyle Massey, Sabrina Bryan or Carson Kressley will be the 13th name on the list.

As far as battle tactics for scoring votes during competition, Gilles Marini kept mum on whether or not he would go shirtless, but Kelly Monaco joked that she was already devising ways to incorporate semi nudity into a performance. Monaco literally changed the game with her "wardrobe malfunction" during season one. The racy mishap reportedly led the producers to require all ladies to wear pasties in case of a repeat occurrence.

Bristol Palin stuck with relatively conservative moves on the dance floor during season 12, but she could create a huge buzz again if her mom, Sarah Palin, shows up in the audience.

All in all, even though it is a competition, the contestants are remaining cordial.

"It seems like this group just kind of wants to have a good time," said Melissa Rycroft. "I think this is just going to be a really fun season to watch."

Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars premieres September 24 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
