Gil and Kelly Jo Bates originally planned on having just a few children, but now their family has been expanded to 21 after giving birth to their 19th child. Although the birth is a joyous occasion, the baby boy has some post-birth complications that shake up the family, as we see in their reality show United Bates of America.

The Bates' surely know the drill when it comes to having children, but when their newly born 19th child, Jeb Colton, doesn't appear to be breathing correctly, they become concerned and emotional.

"He's just fighting. He looks really uncomfortable with all those tubes," Gil says. "Every time I walk in there, I just want to cry. You wish you could do something."

Thankfully, Jeb Colton is healthy after proper medical attention and is able to return home to his 18 siblings, who are anxiously awaiting his return.
