The difficulties and emotions associated with birth mothers giving their babies up for adoption is explored in the Oxygen six-part series I'm Having Their Baby and we've got an exclusive sneak peek of tonight's show. 

In the episode, 17-year-old Mercedes and her boyfriend Mikey discuss their immediate plans after their baby is born. Mercedes confesses how hard she thinks it will be to let go of the child and begins to question the adoption, while Mikey's mother, tries to make clear that the adoption process must move forward.
