Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition star Jarvez Hall has lost nearly half his weight thanks to ABC's life-changing reality show, and now he has an even bigger challenge ahead: fatherhood!

Recently married, the 28-year-old from Portland, Oregon was 548 pounds when he started on Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition. Overweight ever since childhood, Jarvez was motivated by the death of his mother to take charge of his life and control his weight.
