A judge awarded Usher primary custody of his children with ex-wife Tameka Foster in August. The bitter battle featured some mudslinging (Foster accused the Grammy winner of being an absentee father, and alleged that he used drugs in front of the children) and a poignant courtroom moment where Usher broke down in tears.
