After Thursday night's Jersey Shore, new mom Snooki can be seen, for the very first time on video, tending to her newborn in the days after the birth of her son Lorenzo on August 26.

"I've always wanted a kid and he's here and he's healthy and beautiful," says the former wild child as she's overcome with emotion reflecting on newfound motherhood.

"I'm just really happy that Lorenzo is here...I love him, he's perfect," says Snooki tearfully.

Alas, it doesn't take long before Snooki's rosy-colored picture of mommydom gets a reality check courtesy of Lorenzo's fussy bowels.
