Gabrielle Douglas inspired the nation when she brought home the gold from the London Olympics this summer. The pint-sized gymnast continues to exude her uplifting spirit by encouraging young dance hopefuls on Disney Channel's Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Dance Off.

"I thought you guys did outstanding. I absolutely loved it," Gabrielle raved. "We have something in common. You guys started dancing when you were really young and I started gymnastics when I was super young."

The winner of the competition will get the opportunity to bust a move on Shake It Up. While viewers will select the top troupe, the judging panel consisting of Derek Hough, Cher Lloyd, and Rosero McCoy, will offer their expert analysis of each routine.

The competition portion of Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Dance Off, hosted by Roshon Fegan and Debby Ryan, will air on Friday, October 19, followed by the results on Sunday, October 21. Justin Bieber will also make an appearance on the show.
