In this ETonline exclusive, Melissa Rycroft chats with Nancy O'Dell about how her recent neck injury is impacting her Dancing with the Stars rehearsals and she evaluates her ballroom competitors.

Melissa revealed that despite next week's country theme, she and her partner Tony Dovolani will be dancing the Viennese Waltz, which she thinks will not further complicate her injury. "It doesn't require too much of the neck... so hopefully I should be able to nail this, hopefully," she said.

The former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader and The Bachelor contestant reveals that she doesn't carry a specific good luck charm during her performances, but her daughter is always on hand, even during the live Dancing with the Stars show.
