'The View' Shoots Down Hasselbeck Exit Rumors

Rumors swirled over the weekend that Elisabeth Hasselbeck would be following Joy Behar out the door, and on this morning's episode of The View, Barbara Walters openly shot down the reports.

"We have no plans for Elisabeth to leave this show," Walters stated this morning, after reports emerged that ABC was firing the mom over her hyper-conservative views. "Elisabeth helps gives the show perspective and balance," the newswoman added.
Behar used the episode's opening minutes to list off her Top 10 reasons for leaving The View, the number one being to embrace her dream of not wearing a brassiere.
