Undercover ADT Boss Unprepared For Terrifying Call

A life or death situation throws this week's Undercover Boss for a frightening loop. 

Tony Wells, Chief Marketing and Customer Officer for home and business security giant ADT, adopts the name James and steps in the shoes of his alarm monitoring center employees this Friday, but it isn't long before a real-life emergency leaves the petrified boss uncertain of how to rescue a customer in need.
