A YouTube hoax that includes re-edits of Family Guy hit the web this week and implied that the episode titled Turban Cowboy hadin some way predicted Monday's Boston marathon bombings. The animated show's creator Seth MacFarlane is up in arms over this, and FOX has in turn pulled the episode from online. But this isn't the only episode to be removed.

Entertainment Weekly
reports that FOX will also swap out a New Girl repeat episode that was to air this week as the plot involved "Nick (Jake Johnson) suspecting one of Jess' (Zooey Deschanel) classmates was a serial killer and included a throw-away line near end of the episode about a duffel bag."

Meanwhile, MacFarlane, 39, lashed out at the Family Guy mash-up, tweeting: "The edited Family Guy clip currently circulating is abhorrent. The event was a crime and a tragedy, and my thoughts are with the victims."

FOX has also confirmed that they have no plans to re-air the episode. What do you think? Should FOX have pulled the episodes?
