This Thursday brings the third course on Hannibal's menu, Potage, and ETonline scored an exclusive clip from the episode that showcases Lecter's constantly evolving appreciation for Will Graham's intellect.

Elsewhere in the hour, Jack theorizes that Abigail may have aided her dad, Garret Jacob Hobbs, in his serial killings. But things go from bad to worse when she returns home to discover a very hostile town and a copycat killer targeting her friends!

Hannibal airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on NBC.
