Yesterday, long time American Idol judge Randy Jackson announced his plans to leave the show after 12 years. Amidst rumblings there will soon be another panel shakeup, previous judge Jennifer Lopez tells Entertainment Tonight's Rob Marciano that she is certainly open to returning to the show, but nothing is set in stone.

"That door's not closed," said Lopez, who revealed she has a "gut feeling" Idol is on the horizon.

"I know I love the show and I had a great time on it," she explained, "but the honest truth is I really don't know what my plans are…I still enjoy the show, I still enjoy seeing those singers take that journey….for me, that's the real heart of that show."

Lopez left the FOX hit last summer to spend more time with her twins and concentrate on her world tour.
