For years, the idea of getting new Arrested Development episodes felt as unlikely as getting Tobias out of the cutoff shorts. But in late 2011, creator Mitch Hurwitz confirmed plans for fresh batches of Bluth and the world went bananas.
Now, with less than a week until Netflix unleashes 14 new episodes, my fanticipation has kicked into such an intensely high gear, I tend to resemble Buster Bluth after a couple juice boxes.
That excitement was exponentially increased recently when I had the chance to sit down with Jason Bateman and talk all about the new episodes (do not call it season four). Also, as I learned, do not spell your name as I do because Jason was not having it.
Arrested Development premieres May 26 on Netflix.
