Exclusive First Look: AMC's 'Low Winter Sun'

AMC's track record is so sterling, the network has actually been forced to cancel incredibly good shows because the critical and commercial bar is set so high (I will never stop mourning you, Rubicon). Low Winter Sun is the network's latest new series and from the looks of this first look trailer, the bullseye has been hit once again.

Low Winter Sun, starring Mark Strong, is described as a contemporary story of murder, deception, revenge and corruption in a world where the line between cops and criminals is blurred. The action begins with the murder of a cop by a fellow Detroit detective. And while it may seem like he's committed the perfect crime, the murder, in reality, activates forces that will forever alter the detective's life, and pull him into the heart of the Detroit underworld.
