After rumors recently surfaced that Paula Deen was being considered for a spot on Dancing with the Stars, ET Canada caught up with longtime DWTS pro dancer Cheryl Burke to get her thoughts on the embattled TV chef possibly joining the show's cast!

"I think you'd probably see a different side of her and I think she would be a great addition to the cast," Burke said of Deen, who has been stripped of major endorsement deals and last week replaced her legal team in the wake of fallout from her admission in a court deposition that she had used a racial slur.

"I think coming on something light and fun would be something good for her," she added.

Burke also addressed other rumors that Dancing with the Stars producers might be planning a shake-up of the current judging panel of Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. "I don't really know exactly what's going to happen with the judges, but I love all three of those judges. I think it would be great to have a guest judge come in every single week," she said.
