On the next I'm Having Their Baby, expectant mother Maria is beginning to have second thoughts about giving up her baby daughter for adoption.

As the big day nears, Maria brings prospective parents Michael and Maria to her ultrasound appointment, but is unprepared when she feels a strong desire to keep her child upon hearing the baby's heartbeat for the very first time.

"I know Michael and Maria really want this baby, but I'm starting to feel like I really want her too," Maria confides, terrified at how the adoptive family might react. "I really want to wait until I've gotten her in my arms before I make my final decision."
