Behind the Scenes of Rebel's 'Super Fun' Set
Rebel Wilson bares her soul and curves on the upcoming series Super Fun Night, and ET's Rob Marciano made a trip to the set, witnessing first hand just how inhibited the comedienne can be.
"In Super Fun Night I'm not vain at all," said Wilson, who dances in a watermelon bra for the pilot, airing next week. "I just am totally myself. I put myself in all sorts of situations."
In the first episode, we meet Kimmie (Wilson) and her two friends Marika (Lauren Ash) and Helen-Alice (Liza Lapira), who go out for an epic Friday night every week despite lacking popularity.
As a writer for the show, Wilson seems to think about what's funny first and worry about feedback later.
"Before writing scenes where I wear a swimsuit, I should've thought: Will this bring shame on myself and my family?" Wilson joked.
Super Fun Night premieres Wednesday, October 2 at 9:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
