That’s just one way stars of the Emmy-winning show stay fit, as demonstrated by Eric Martsolf, Melissa Reeves, Arianne Zucker, and Camila Banus. They’re just a few of several cast members who recently went on a nationwide book tour for, Days of Our Lives Better Living: Cast Secrets for a Healthier Balanced Life. Actress Kate Mansi, also part of the tour, joins Camila Banus to show ET a tasty, healthy smoothie recipe from the book.
Ideas for the book started when co-executive producer Greg Meng noticed a huge fan interest in how the cast stays so young and vibrant. Questions didn’t just concern the characters seen on TV, but how the stars themselves live their lives. Fast forward to September 24, 2013 and those very questions are answered with the release of Better Living.
The book includes more than 300 pages featuring never-before-seen images of the cast, along with their fitness tips, nutritious recipes, style secrets, and ways they each find balance and inspiration in their personal lives. Everyday viewers who want to live better can easily relate to and incorporate the cast’s routines into their lives.
