'Secret Wedding' Creates Bride's Dream Menu

Weddings can be very challenging, and many times compromises are made. This is certainly the case for Sara as the frugal bride-to-be is planning on having the wedding she can afford, rather than the wedding of her dreams that's way out of her price range.

However, unbeknownst to her, TLC is going to make her dream wedding come true on their new one-hour romantic special Secret Wedding!

Teaming up with TV personality Cat Deeley (So You Think You Can Dance), Sara's husband and the show's producers have convinced Sara that they are shooting a documentary about her low-budget, rustic-chic wedding. Meanwhile, they are going all out to give her a spectacular day that she will never forget.

While Sara scales down, the team is scaling up every aspect of her wedding, from the dress to the flowers and, in this exclusive clip, we look at how they've improved the menu.

The bride was expecting to make homemade hors d'oeuvres to save money, but instead, TLC and the team have hired world-class chefs to make the best of the best of gourmet dishes.

This super-special Secret Wedding airs Friday, December 27 at 10/9c on TLC.
