First Look! Britney's New Documentary

"The world is watching." Stakes are high for Britney Spears in this first trailer for I Am Britney Jean-The Documentary. On the heels of her Las Vegas show and the release of her new album (also called Britney Jean), will Spears break under pressure?

"I couldn't do rehearsals the next day," Spears, 32, reveals as shots of her being thrown up into the air during a dance routine flash across the screen. "I know I had like almost broke my neck or something. There was serious damage."

She admits, "I'm nervous. What if I just blank out and just stand there?!"
