Former Lost star Josh Holloway is back on TV after taking a break to make movies and we went to the set of his new sci-fi series Intelligence to find out what lured him back to the small screen!

"It's a spy show, and I always wanted to be a spy, c'mon," Holloway said about his role on Intelligence, which premieres (after NCIS) tomorrow at 9 p.m. on CBS. "I did a little bit in Mission: Impossible, just a taste of it. So I'm kind of trained up for this and it's a skill set I've used before," added the star, who said he's already been doing martial arts and tactical-type training for years.

Despite his new role as a supercharged spy, Holloway brushed off the suggestion that he's still considered a TV sex symbol. "That's funny because I'm a family man," he joked. "I've got a four-and-a-half-year-old daughter and another one on the way. Pretty excited about that."

In the show, Holloway plays Gabriel Vaughn, a high-tech intelligence operative enhanced with a super-computer microchip inside his brain that makes him the first human ever to be directly connected into the global information grid with complete access to Internet, WiFi, telephone and satellite data. The drama co-stars former CSI actress Marg Helgenberger as the leader of the federal government's elite Cyber Command unit that Vaughn works for.

When asked about her favorite part of the show that makes it unique from similar TV offerings, Helgenberger said the most obvious is that it stars Holloway! But she also added, "It has a lot to offer, it's very smartly written has a great deal of action, wonderful visual effects and it's great suspense."

Playing Vaughn's protector is Once Upon a Time's Meghan Ory, who portrays Secret Service agent Riley Neal. "Riley is not super thrilled about her assignment because she was the youngest female Secret Service agent to be on the presidential detail," said Ory. "And all of the sudden I'm told I have to leave my dream job and come and look after this guy, who's not the nicest and a bit annoying. So I'm a bit apprehensive at first, but I grow to learn the relevance and why it's important. and why we need him in the world."
