The popular web series Broad City is coming to Comedy Central and creators Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer couldn't be more ecstatic about the big move! Watch the video to see what they're saying about working with their role model and executive producer, Amy Poehler.

Nearly all of us have had to figure out our lives during our 20's, whether it's becoming more financially independent, discovering what kind of careers we want, or learning who we really are as we venture further into adulthood. For comedians Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, living in the bustling city of New York during their 20's has provided them with plenty of material for their very own show based on their personal experiences.

The pair met while performing with the comedy group Upright Citizens Brigade, where they immediately clicked and went on to create their own web series, Broad City, in 2009.  Based closely on their own lives, Broad City comically follows the friendship between Abbi and Ilana as they struggle, hustle, and navigate life in New York, often times having unexpected adventures along the way.

Abbi and Illana's success on the web eventually caught the attention of none other than comedy goddess Amy Poehler, who took the girls under her wing and even starred in one of their episodes.  It couldn't have been a better partnership for the girls, as they were already huge fans of Amy's work prior to collaborating with her.  Amy is now lending her skills as executive producer to bring Broad City to Comedy Central as a weekly, half-hour show featuring guest stars like SNL's Fred Arimsen and Rachel Dratch, just to name a few.

Watch Broad City make its television premieretonight on Comedy Central at 10:30 pm ET/PT.
